April Group Training

Group Basketball Training with 3rd World Coaches & Trainers. Groups will assigned based upon athlete's skill levels. Athletes have the option to train once a week or twice a week depending on their desired plan. Training sessions will consist of :

Footwork

Defensive drills

Shooting drills

Ball handling

Helping athletes to develop and grow their Basketball IQ
